5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create using our platform. However, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content as necessary to provide our services. Our platform, including its design, features, and technology, remains our intellectual property.

6. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may export your data before termination.
